WHEN: THUNDERSTORMS EARLY THIS MORNING. MODERATE NORTHWEST WINDS BEGINNING LATE THIS MORNING INTO THE AFTERNOON. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: THE ICE STORM LEFT ANYWHERE FROM 10 TO 25 MM OF ICE ON SURFACES. ALTHOUGH TEMPERATURES HAVE RISEN SLIGHTLY ABOVE FREEZING, STRONG WINDS GUSTING TO 40 OR 50 KM/H MAY RESULT IN FURTHER IMPACTS. A LINE OF THUNDERSTORMS IS TRACKING EAST OVER SOUTHERN ONTARIO.
