At 1200 UTC a Tropical Low was centred within 60 nautical miles of
 latitude twelve decimal nine south (12.9S)
 longitude ninety seven decimal seven east (97.7E)
Recent movement : west at 7 knots
Maximum winds   : 30 knots
Central pressure: 1000 hPa

AREA AFFECTED
Within 90 nautical miles in SW quadrant
  and within 90 nautical miles in NW quadrant.

FORECAST
Maximum winds to 30 knots near the centre increasing to 35 knots by 1200 UTC 19
March.

From 0600 UTC 19 March winds above 34 knots within 90 nautical miles in SW
quadrant,
  and within 90 nautical miles in NW quadrant from 1200 UTC 19 March with rough
seas and moderate swell.
