SITUATION
At 0600 UTC a Tropical Low was centred within 20 nautical miles of
 latitude thirteen decimal six south (13.6S)
 longitude ninety five decimal seven east (95.7E)
Recent movement : west southwest at 8 knots
Maximum winds   : 35 knots
Central pressure: 1001 hPa

AREA AFFECTED
Within 100 nautical miles of the centre.

FORECAST
Maximum winds to 35 knots near the centre increasing to 45 knots by 1800 UTC 19
March.

Winds above 34 knots within 50 nautical miles in the SW and NW quadrant with
rough seas and moderate swell.

From 1800 UTC 19 March winds above 34 knots within 100 nautical miles in the SW
and NW quadrant 
  and within 50 nautical miles in NE quadrant with rough seas and moderate
swell.
