At 1200 UTC a Tropical Low was centred within 25 nautical miles of
 latitude thirteen decimal six south (13.6S)
 longitude ninety five decimal eight east (95.8E)
Recent movement : slow moving
Maximum winds   : 35 knots
Central pressure: 998 hPa

AREA AFFECTED
Within 70 nautical miles of the centre.

FORECAST
Maximum winds to 35 knots near the centre increasing to 40 knots by 0000 UTC 20
March.

Winds above 34 knots within 50 nautical miles in NE quadrant by 0000 UTC 20
March
  and within 50 nautical miles in SW quadrant
  and within 70 nautical miles in NW quadrant with rough seas and moderate
swell.
