FORECAST Maximum winds to 35 knots near the centre increasing to 40 knots by 0000 UTC 20 March. Winds above 34 knots within 50 nautical miles in NE quadrant by 0000 UTC 20 March and within 50 nautical miles in SW quadrant and within 70 nautical miles in NW quadrant with rough seas and moderate swell.
