At 1200 UTC Tropical Cyclone Dianne was centred within 15 nautical miles of
 latitude fifteen decimal seven south (15.7S)
 longitude one hundred and twenty three decimal seven east (123.7E)

Maximum winds   : 40 knots
Central pressure: 989 hPa

Within 40 nautical miles in NE quadrant
  and within 25 nautical miles in SE quadrant
  and within 20 nautical miles in SW quadrant
  and within 35 nautical miles in NW quadrant.
