ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: NORTHERLY WINDS GUSTING TO 50 KM/H WILL RESULT IN AREAS OF BLOWING SNOW, FURTHER REDUCING VISIBILITY. CONSIDER POSTPONING NON-ESSENTIAL TRAVEL UNTIL CONDITIONS IMPROVE.
