ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: FREEZING RAIN MAY BRIEFLY CHANGE OVER TO RAIN THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING FOR PORTIONS OF MANITOULIN ISLAND WHERE TEMPERATURES RISE ABOVE THE FREEZING MARK.
