ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: FREEZING RAIN WILL TRANSITION TO ICE PELLETS AND THEN SNOW FROM WEST TO EAST THIS MORNING. EASTERLY WINDS WILL BECOME NORTHERLY ON MONDAY MORNING WITH GUSTS UP TO 50 KM/H.
