THERE IS ALSO A RISK OF FREEZING RAIN FOR THESE AREAS EARLY THIS MORNING. CONDITIONS WILL IMPROVE LATE THIS MORNING AS THE WEATHER SYSTEM EXITS THE PROVINCE.
